Unless your registration fee is covered by the organisation, your registration will only become definitive after your payment has been confirmed. The deadline for payment is 9 May 2022. IMPORTANT if you are submitting an abstract for a poster presentation, your deadline for payment is before: 29 April 2022 (if payment is not received by this date, your abstract will not be included in the Meeting's Programme & Abstracts book).

Please ensure that your payment is recognizable by the organisers: include "Your_family_name + DNM 22 + your_reference_code" (e.g., Smith + DNM 22 + AxBy). If possible, use your personal bank account; transfers through administrative offices often lead to anonymous payments that are difficult to identify. If your payment will be part of batch payment by your institution, please ask the person responsible for the payment to contact us before processing the payment.
The online registration service will be open until 6 May 2022. Afterwards, registration will only be possible at the meeting; please note that the on-site registration fees are higher.
Cancellations received by e-mail before 9 May 2022 are entitled to a full refund, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR. Cancellations received after this date and before 19 May 2022 will be considered case by case by the organisation; a refund will be awarded only in exceptional circumstances.
Substitute participants can be accepted but please contact the organisation by e-mail before the meeting with the exact details.
